It started with a restaurant.

Macchiato is a Sydney woodfire pizza and coffee roastery institution. Fostering mediterranean warmth and coffee that kept the city coming back.

The roastery grew out of that espresso bar: first roasting for our own venue, then for the cafés and customers who kept asking us to roast for them too.

Fresh is the whole point.

We believe coffee is best served fresh. This is what Macchiato serves to its customers, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable and tasteful cup of coffee.

Our roast dates are every Tuesday with dispatch on Wednesdays fresh for you!
