Brazil has been the world's biggest coffee producer for 150 years, and the Cerrado Mineiro region is where its finest lots come from — hot, wet summers and pleasantly dry winters give the coffee its trademark consistency. Lua Roxa is naturally processed: whole cherries dried slowly in the sun, concentrating sweetness into a smooth, clean cup.
